Bertie was the name given fondly to King Edward VII by his family, a frequent house-guest at Ruthin Castle over many years and a lover of fine wines, whisky, brandy, champagne and gourmet cuisine. The restaurant is open daily from 6.30 – 9.00 from Sunday to Thursday and from 6.30 -9.30 on Friday & Saturday.
