Christmas Eve
Start the festivities with a welcoming Traditional Afternoon Tea on arrival.
Join Ruthin Castle's management for a pre-dinner glass of Champagne with canapes before enjoying dinner at your leisure within the award winning Bertie's Restaurant accompanied by light musical entertainment.
Mulled Wine and Mince Pies served warm before Midnight Mass (details of which will be available within your room) or before retiring in wait for Father Christmas - remember to tell him where you'll be!
Christmas Day
Start off with a full Welsh Breakfast
Time to open your parcels or walk up an appetite for our 5 course Christmas Lunch (click link for details). Jigsaw will be playing Jazz to enhance the Christmas spirit. Reservations are essential and we ask for reservations to be made on making your booking.
Just enough time to watch the Queen's speech or/and a quick catnap before a Gala Buffet Dinner.
Boxing Day
To start the day a Continental Breakfast is served.
A leisurely day before the evening's entertainment. We have laid on a Candlelit Mediaeval Banquet (a 4 course meal with wine and mead included) where fully costumed Ladies of the Court and the Court Steward entertain and sing.
Our residents disco ends the evening.

The evening starts with Champagne and canapes before a leisurely 7 course dinner within the award winning Bertie's Restaurant (please see red note above regarding the Peacock Room), with entertainment from Jigsaw Jazz
Reservations are essential so please book your preferred time when making your reservation.
After dinner, flitter away at the Casino* or put on your dancing shoes.
Bring in the New Year with Auld Lang Signe and a glass of Champagne.
