Ruthin Castle now offers a dedicated conference suite centred around a manned conference co-ordination office and a Business Centre providing fax, photocopier, scanner and computer with Broadband Internet access to provide an 'office away from home'. The dedicated suite is at ground floor level and includes:
All have windows to provide natural light, are fully air-conditioned, have modem points/banks, offer the full range of conference accessories and the King James and King Charles rooms have large tv/video screens built in with 'surround sound' and allow computer input. Video conferencing is available from the King Charles room.
In addition the De Grey room is a dedicated meeting room available separately at first floor level (unfortunately not suited to those with mobility impairment).
The largest conference rooms are the Peacock Room (80) and Grand Salon (120). Each of these has windows to provide natural light, has modem point/bank and offers a full range of conference accessories including digital projector.
A variety of team building events can be arranged, both indoors and outside in our extensive grounds.
