Self-contained accommodation can be booked on a BED & TAKEAWAY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST basis via our website for guests travelling within Wales. Some takeaway food & drink will be available to be collected from Tafarn y Ddraig All other facilities and services will not be available
12th April: Spa treatments available. Self-contained accommodation available for guests travelling from outside of Wales
26th April: Outdoor catering
10th May: Spa facilities & gym
24th May: Hotel fully opens including public & food & beverage areas

Our in house management team is supported by industry experts and suppliers that are recognized in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations. We are committed to cleaning and safety standards that support the wellbeing of all. These standards and procedures will be actively monitored and evolve to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our staff and guests.
ARRIVALS – PLEASE NOTE:
Our cleaning regime and allocated time to complete to ensure our rooms are COVID-safe has been extended. As a result, on busier days, check-in time may be delayed.
SPA FACILITIES – PLEASE NOTE
Due to current Government restrictions, please note that steam, sauna, and mudroom facilities will be unavailable for use

Ecolab – installed in all food service areas
Aqua Air – used in all guest bedrooms and public spaces
Fourth Hospitality Systems – utilised to support staff welfare
Guestline Property Management Systems – designed by hoteliers for hoteliers
Public Spaces – All these high traffic areas will be cleaned with increased frequency by dedicated staff using recommended cleaning solutions.
Hand Sanitizer – Stations will be installed at key points throughout the hotel to support good personal hygiene for all.
Social Distancing – Signage will be installed to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Partitions will be installed where needed to provide extra protection for our staff and guests.
Guest Rooms – All guest rooms will be cleaned rigorously using approved products and all multi use items will be removed or sanitized. Once cleaned, the room will be sealed so you know you are the first person in following inspection.
New Technologies – We are working with our partners to develop new technology including remote/express check in, UV technology to sanitize room keys and bluetooth applications to replace the need for a physical key, developing an in hose genius App to keep you informed.
Food and Beverage – We are embracing the great outdoors to provide better social distancing and developing food service options that reduce contact points.
Leisure and Spa (where applicable) – Working with expert consultants and established bodies to develop and implement a new style including take away treatments and experiences that reduce contact.

Supporting the wellbeing of our team – Detailed training on new products and procedures, provision and training on all PPE, face masks will be issued and worn in all public spaces, utilizing technology to monitor and train the team
