SPA ACCESS

At Ruthin Castle, our spa facilities include steam room, relax rooms, sauna & outdoor woodland hot tubs. Mud rasul and treatments can be booked at an additional charge.

Note: The minimum age to access the spa is 16 (if accompanied by an adult). All treatments are restricted to those aged 18 and over.

Residents Spa Access:

Note: unless you have booked a specific spa break package, then access to the above are not included in a residential room rate. If you wish to enjoy use, then access must be pre-booked and charges apply. Subject to availability.

Available sessions and rate are as below. All include towel hire.

9 – 12pm / 12.30pm – 3.30pm / 4pm – 7pm

Monday – Thursday from £20.
Friday – Sunday from £25.

Note: Access. Please be aware that access to the spa involves walking down a steady incline, followed by a flight of stairs. The main spa facilities are located on a level floor; however, access to the hot tubs requires guests to return down the stairs and step up onto a small step stool, which does not have a handrail. We do have one hot tub located closer to the entrance, which may be more suitable for guests with limited mobility. If you would like to use this hot tub, please contact the spa team in advance so that arrangements can be made where possible. Please also note that we do not currently have accessible changing facilities. We recommend contacting the spa team before your visit if you have any specific accessibility requirements, so that we can discuss the facilities available and help you determine whether they are suitable for your needs.
