Our ethos is relaxation and calm. We request that mobile phones are kept on silent and other devices that may negatively impact the relaxation of other users are not brought into the spa. Additionally, we ask that all treatments and relaxation rooms are treated as ‘whisper zones’ and voices are kept to the appropriate levels. We do enjoy seeing your shared pictures on social media, (@castellrhuthunhotel) so snap away whilst respecting others privacy and peace. Please ensure that calls are taken away from other guests.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited indoors.
Please also note that a guest that treats the team in an objectionable or anti-social manner, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs or displays menacing, offensive or otherwise unacceptable behaviour, will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
If you have booked a treatment, we advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow sufficient time to check-in, complete your consultation form & prepare for your treatment. Anyone arriving for access only does not need to arrive any earlier than the time slot booked. Out of courtesy to all guests, we do operate a prompt appointment schedule. We do understand that sometimes our guests may arrive late & in this instance, every possibly effort will be made to accommodate you. However, to ensure other guests are not affected, it may be necessary to reduce your treatment time or reschedule.
FACILITIES & AGE REQUIREMENTS
Multiple treatment rooms, relaxation room, woodland hot tubs (external), steam room, sauna, mud room, gym.
NOTE: There is no swimming pool at Ruthin Castle.
A £5 deposit is required for use of the lockers. This £5 is refundable on return of the locker key.
The minimum age to access the spa facility is 16 (if accompanied by an adult). All treatments are restricted to those aged 18 and over.
It is important you advise us on booking if you are pregnant so we can ensure to advise you of the most appropriate treatments.
We require notice of cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Any cancellations after this time will be charged in full.
