For 2021, minimum age 16 for spa access and treatments (must be pre-booked and accompanied by an adult). Minimum age 18 for the gym

Throughout the hotel, there are steps leading to most facilities and where possible we have placed ramps within the parameters of the hotel’s listed building status. Dogs are welcome to stay at the hotel. The charge is £15 per dog per night. They are not permitted to access the Bertie’s Restaurant and BAZAAR Spa. Please note that guests with dogs can only book a standard room on a pre-allocated corridor
